Arts for Action’s Gallery Mission is to continuing an existing legacy of community based arts that stimulate business in the Creative Economies of Oxnard.  Arts for Action, Art Gallery Open Space project will hold bi-monthly multi-cultural and inter-disciplinary arts shows in A4A’s Downtown Oxnard Location. The primary goal will be to diversifying pedestrian traffic and attracting youth peoples and families to Downtown Oxnard.  Each show will include an Opening Night Showcase, Open Gallery Hours during the week, as well as Second Saturday Arts Events in collaboration with the ODMD and participating downtown Businesses galleries.  This galley space will highlighting studio and street artist(s) from local, national, and international settings. A4A will display and sell creative works with intention of attracting positive trending foot traffic and commerce to Downtown.  This new clientele will in turn spend increase dollars within the surrounding downtown merchants circumference.
